30 seeds per packet.
A low-growing, unusual perennial in the Asteraceae family that is native to China, Central Asia and the Himalayan mountains, where it is found growing on rocky slopes. It forms rosettes of foliage at ground level with a central cluster of stemless, golden-yellow, daisy-like flower heads from June to August. Height 10 cm. Very well-drained soil in a sunny position. Suitable for growing in a rock garden or pots.
GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sow from March to June. Cover seed thinly, press in gently and keep top of compost from drying out. Keep pot warm at 15 to 20°C until germination, then move to somewhere cooler.
Carefully prick out seedlings when they have developed true leaves and are large enough to transplant to individual pots to grow on.
