We aim to dispatch your plant order within 3 weeks, weather permitting. Orders are sent by Royal Mail on a 24 hour tracked service, with tracking notifications by text and email. Once you have paid for your order, we cannot combine additional orders into one packet and refund shipping charges as it can cause confusion and costs us time and money to refund your card. We can only send plants to Scotland, England, Wales and Isle of Man. We regret we can no longer send plants to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the E.U.

Once you have paid for your order, we cannot combine additional orders into one packet and refund shipping charges as it can cause confusion and costs us time and money to refund your card. Orders within the UK are sent by 1st class letter post with no tracking, orders from overseas are sent by Airmail letter post with no tracking. Confirmation will be emailed on the day your goods are dispatched. We can send seeds anywhere in the world provided your country has no import restrictions and no phytosanitary certificate is required. We are not responsible for delivery times and some orders may be held up overseas due to unforeseen circumstances.
