Native to Southern Japan, this is a rare species in cultivation, very similar to T. coreanum, with deep-green, deeply lobed leaves, downy stalks and white flowers with yellow centres. Flowering late spring into autumn. Height 30 cm. Sun to light shade in any well-drained, moisture retentive soil. Warm germinator.
