Taraxacum luridum W/O-9253
25 seeds per packet.
The seeds we offer have been harvested from plants grown by us from seed collected in Xinjiang, China. A rare species in cultivation native to alpine meadows with rosettes of narrow, dissected foliage and white flowers with yellow centres. Flowering May to August. Height 5 to 10 cm. Part sun to light shade in any well-drained soil. As this is an alpine species, keep the plants cool and moist in the summer and drier in the winter.
GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sow from March to June. Cover seed thinly, press in gently and keep top of compost from drying out. Keep pot warm at 15 to 20°C until germination, then move to somewhere cooler.
Carefully prick out seedlings when they have developed true leaves and are large enough to transplant to individual pots to grow on.
