Leibnitzia anandria Japanese Gerbera
20 seeds per packet. A rare species in cultivation from the Asteraceae family that is native to the valleys, mountain slopes and summits of China, Japan, Korea, and Russia (Sakhalin and Siberia). Produces rosettes of serrated leaves and white, daisy flowers with yellow centres in late summer to autumn, followed by very attractive, fluffy seed heads. Height 20 cm. Sun to part shade in rich, well-drained soil. Warm germinator.
