Begonia tengchiana PB 07-1110
A recently discovered species from Taiwan that is rare in cultivation and hardy to -8 C. This collection was made by Patrick Blanc. Produces erect stems from rhizomes with elongated leaves and pale pink flowers. Similar in appearance to B. chuyunshanensis but with wider leaves. Height 40 cm. Part shade in a cool, sheltered position in moist, humus rich, well-drained soil.
