Meconopsis aculeata 'Magenta' SOLD OUT
12 seeds per packet. Seed has been collected from the dwarf, magenta coloured plant in the photographs (originally grown from Chris Chadwell seed). A thorny, monocarpic species that is native to the western Himalayas and is highly variable in flower colour. Produces distinctive, lobed leaves and upright stems carrying a succession of flowers. Flowering May to June. Height up to 60 cm. Part sun in moist but well-drained soil. Cold germinator. Limited number of packets available.
