Veronicastrum axillare SOLD OUT
A rare species in cultivation that is native to forests of Japan, Taiwan and China. It produces arching stems that root where they touch the ground, serrated, semi-evergreen, glossy leaves that turn red in winter and spikes of lavender blue, summer flowers that grow from the leaf axils. Height 60 cm. Moist, humus rich, well-drained soil in part to full shade. Forms good ground cover.
