100 seeds per packet. A woodland plant in the Saxifragaceae family which is native to the west coast of America. Mounds of attractive, fresh green, palmate foliage and spikes of small, intricate, purplish-red, tubular flowers in narrow racemes in late spring and early summer. Forms plantlets from the petiole near the base of each leaf which drop off and take root in the soil – hence its common name of the Piggyback Plant. A useful and attractive ground cover plant. Height 45 cm. Part to full shade in moist soil.
