20 seeds per packet. A dwarf species, rare in cultivation, that is native to New Zealand and Tasmania from lowland to subalpine levels in damp habitats. Forms clumps of glossy, cup-shaped leaves and small, white flowers veined in purple in late spring to early summer. Moisture retentive soil in part to full shade. Height 5 - 8 cm. Has proven totally hardy with us in south-west Scotland but in colder climates we would recommend winter protection. Cold germinator.
