Lysimachia christinae 'Zixin'
A wild variation of L. christinae discovered in China, where it is now used as a dramatic ground cover plant (rooting at the basal nodes as it creeps). Produces eye catching, dark purple-red veins on its shiny, thick foliage and star-shaped, intense yellow flowers with red throats along its stems. Flowering May to September. Height 10 cm. Part sun to part shade in moisture retentive, well-drained soil in a sheltered position.
