An unusual form of stolonifera brought back from Japan by Patrick Blanc. An evergreen species with beautiful, white, starry flowers on tall, red stems and rosettes of fleshy, green and burgundy leaves that are completely covered in bristle-like hairs. Plants spread by fine, red, long stolons with little plantlets at the tips. Height 40 cm. Moist, well-drained soil in part to full shade. Perfect for a spot in a shady rock or woodland garden and an excellent choice for underplanting.
