Reineckea yunnanensis RBGE Collection
A rare, evergreen species in the Convallariaceae family that is native to the open woodlands of western China. Strap-like, grey-green foliage (shorter and thinner than R. carnea) and pretty, white, fragrant, star-shaped flowers with pink backs, which appear at the base of the plant in spring to summer, followed by red berries. Forms neat clumps and spreads via rhizomes. Height 15 cm. Sun to shade in moist, well-drained soil.
