Pilea plataniflora ‘Glossy’ PB 09-1235
A variable, perennial species of the form collected from Taiwan by Patrick Blanc. Produces clumps of erect, succulent stems, glossy, veined leaves and white panicles of tiny, white flowers from the top of the leaf axils in autumn. A member of the Urticaceae family that does not sting. Height 70 cm. Moist, humus rich soil in part to full shade. Hardy to -7 C.
