Inula racemosa Back in stock 2023
The plants we offer originate from Chris Chadwell seed. A tall, robust, herbaceous perennial with extremely large leaves that hails from the Western Himalayas, where its roots are used as a medicinal herb. Bees and butterflies are drawn to substantial racemes of large, yellow, frilly, daisy-like flower heads that are borne all the way up the main stem from mid-summer to mid-autumn. Height 2.5 metres. Moist, well-drained soil in sun.
