Eurybia divaricatus (Aster)
A rarely-cultivated, native wildflower of eastern North America. Formerly known as Aster divaricatus. Forms a low mound of deep green leaves and narrow, black stems that bear sprays of small, white, daisy-like flowers from August to September. Height 60 cm. Full sun to full shade in moisture retentive, well-draining soil. Perfect for a woodland garden.
