Lychnis sieboldii JUST IN!
10 seeds per packet. (syn: Lychnis coronata var. sieboldii). A rare Japanese endemic, producing clumps of hairy, lance-shaped leaves and large, deeply cut, toothed petals from summer into autumn. Our plants, which we collect seed from, have been grown from Japanese wild seed that have proven to be highly variable in flower colour, ranging from red, orange-red, orange and pale orange with white markings. Seed offered here has been collected from plants with red and orange-red colours. Height 30 cm. Part sun to part shade in a moist, humus rich, well-drained soil. Cold germinator.
