20 seeds per packet. A clump-forming Primula relative that is native to the mountains of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, and is a much larger version of C. matthioli. Produces rosettes of hairy leaves and nodding umbels of magenta, bell-shaped flowers. Height 40 cm. Flowering spring and summer. Moist, humus rich, well-drained soil in part shade. Warm germinator. Often flowers twice in one year so hope to have more stock later in 2017.
