Begonia emeiensis SOLD OUT
A new, hardy species that is native to China. Produces erect stems from thick, creeping rhizomes with blue-green, fleshy leaves and pink flowers. An unusual species in that its tubers are produced at the top of the leaf bases. Height 40 to 80 cm. Part shade in a cool, sheltered position in moist, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Fully hardy with us here with a winter mulch.
