Begonia pedatifida AVAILABLE AUTUMN
1 packet of approximately 40, naturally very small, hand pollinated, fresh seeds. A hardy, clump-forming, rhizomatous perennial species from the forests of China, producing dramatic, deeply-lobed foliage and, in this form, red petioles with clusters of large, white flowers. Part shade in a sheltered position in moist, humus rich, very well draining soil. This plant is one of the hardest species for the garden, although a winter mulch is recommended. Before purchasing, please do an internet search for instructions on how to grow Begonias from seed as, due to their size, they may be difficult to grow for inexperienced gardeners (and instructions will not be sent). Sorry only a few packets with small seed content available this year. FRESH SEEDS AVAILABLE IN THE AUTUMN.
