Begonia panchtharensis SOLD OUT
1 packet of approximately 100+, naturally small, hand pollinated, fresh seeds. A recently discovered rhizomatous species from eastern Nepal (near the boarder with Sikkim) that is rare in cultivation and hardy to -8C. Produces large, yellow-green, deeply lobed leaves and white flowers. Height 60 cm. Part shade in a cool, sheltered position in moist, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Before purchasing, please do an internet search for instructions on how to grow Begonias from seed as, due to their size, they may be difficult to grow for inexperienced gardeners (and instructions will not be sent). FRESH SEEDS AVAILABLE IN THE AUTUMN.
