Tupistra aurantiaca SOLD OUT
A rarely offered, rhizomatous, clump-forming species that is native to the forests of Sikkim. It is related to Aspidistra and produces glossy, evergreen, strap-like leaves and unusual, pineapple-like flowers in winter to early spring. Height 45 cm. Sheltered site in moist but very well drained, humus-rich soil in part shade. Hardy to -15C. Protect from frost if grown in a pot.
