Begonia grandis ‘Alba' SOLD OUT
A white-flowered form of the species that is native to Japan and China, and is ideal for growing in a woodland type garden. Produces tropical looking leaves that are dark green with prominent, red veining underneath. The plants stems are attractive, having red nodes which produce bulbils in the autumn. Comes into growth quite late in the season. Height 60 cm. Full to part shade in a sheltered position in moist, humus-rich, well draining soil with a winter mulch. Fully hardy in the UK.
