Hardy Ginger that is native to the alpine meadows and moist forests of Bhutan, Tibet and Sichuan, China. This rarely offered form produces very narrow rosettes of leaves with a succession of purple-pink, orchid-like flowers from July to September. Height 20 cm. Part sun to part shade in humus-rich, well-draining soil.
