Oxalis griffithii Pink Flowered Form ex. China
8 seeds per packet.
The seeds offered have been harvested from plants grown from seeds originally collected in China. A rarely offered species that is native to the forests of China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Nepal. It is slowly creeping in nature, forming tight clumps with (in this form) beautiful, pink, single, nodding flowers (we can not guarantee plants grown from seeds will produce pink flowers). Flowering April to June. Height 20 cm. Moist, well-drained soil in semi-shade (woodland conditions are perfect for this species).
GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sow immediately upon receipt no matter the time of the year. Cover seed thinly, press in gently and keep top of compost from drying out. Keep pot outdoors or in cold frame. Seeds germinate in spring.
Carefully prick out seedlings when they have developed true leaves and are large enough to transplant to individual pots for growing on.
